Located in one of the country’s growing biotech hubs, our facility in Thousand Oaks, California, is readily expandable. The 90,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility has the flexibility to produce both clinical and commercial cell therapies including allogeneic T-cell and CAR T immunotherapies.

The City of Thousand Oaks, California, is a family-oriented community having been designated one of the safest cities in the US and one of the 10 great cities to raise a family.  Thousand Oaks is located between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara in Ventura County, and it is nestled against the Santa Monica Mountains.  With over 15,000 acres of natural publicly owned open space, the city offers an excellent quality of life with an emphasis on top schools, outstanding parks and recreation, world-class arts, and convenient shopping venues.

Protecting and preserving our precious natural resources involves the contributions of everyone.  The local team plays an important role in our climate strategy, Partners for the Planet, and aggressively seeks ways to reduce waste. Measures have included  implementing innovative recycling measures, to reduce potable water usage with low flow fixtures, and reducing GHG emissions by being a beneficiary of the Blevins, Texas, solar project previously announced by FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation.
