In Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC, we have a cGMP compliant manufacturing facility operating as a non-sterile, bioburden-controlled, API multi-product facility performing fermentation, cell culture, recovery, purification, and bulk fill. The site is also home to our Bioprocess Innovation Center and related administrative functions.

People

This is an incredibly exciting time to be part of our company as we work together to transform the industry.  We are working on life-impacting projects alongside today’s most innovative biopharmaceutical companies, and we are finding new ways every day to become our customers’ Partners for Life.

Place

Founded in 1959 by NC leaders in academia, business and government, RTP is the largest continuously operating research park in North America.  Covering 7,000 acres, it is home to more than 300 research, technology and ag-bio companies that employ more than 60,000 professionals.

Planet

We are active supporters for our global climate strategy, Partners for the Planet, seeking opportunities to reduce our GHG emissions, reduce our potable water usage, and reduce waste.

We use reclaimed water from the Research Triangle Park for irrigation. We recycle most of our PPE, and our latest expansion is on track to be LEED certified.

Partnerships

Driving an integrated, supportive local ecosystem takes effort that is intentional and multi-faceted.  Focusing on workforce development, transportation improvements, sustainability, and community involvement creates the sense of quality of place that makes Research Triangle Park unique and a community role-model.
