Genki, one of our core values, comes from Japanese, and it means ‘passion’ or ‘enthusiasm’.  For many of us, it’s what drives our energy in the workplace, how we interact with each other and the enthusiasm born from the best and the brightest pushing each other to excellence.

Since joining the company I’ve been impressed by the great facilities and the broad range of technical capabilities and knowledge across the site. Everyone has been very welcoming, and I’ve had the chance to take part in lots of training to develop and expand my skillset. I’m looking forward to seeing what new opportunities and experiences will be available to me in the future.
