Kenneth Bilenberg

Chief Operating Officer

Kenneth is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and leads operations for the company’s global manufacturing network, including sites in the United Kingdom, Denmark, California, Texas and North Carolina in the US.  He also has global responsibility for technical services and engineering, commercial sales, program management and supply chain.   

Previously he led the management, operations and performance for the Global Large Scale Business Unit, encompassing the sites in Hillerød, Denmark and Holly Springs, North Carolina, USA.  He joined FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies in 2019 and previously served as the Site Head for the company’s $2 billion large scale expansion project in Holly Springs. 

Kenneth has over 20 years of experience as a proven leader holding a variety of roles with expanding responsibilities in the Life Science and Biotechnology industries. His career includes experience in finance, strategy/business planning, project management, supply chain management, procurement, facilities management and utilities, as well as IT and automation.
