Project Controller – Purchasing
We are looking for a Project Accountant/Controller to join our Capital Projects Department. You will be responsible for the full Procure to Pay (P2P) process on various Capital Expenditures (CapEX) projects.

About the department
You will be a part of a team within the Capital Projects Department consisting of approximately 15 people with various backgrounds within Engineering and Accounting. You will be surrounded by highly dedicated colleagues who all strive towards creating a unique team culture. You will be working in a multicultural team where English is the primarily work language.
About the role
We are looking for a new colleague to take on the role as a Project Procurement & Cost Controller. Initially, you will be responsible for the full Procure to Pay (P2P) process on various CapEX projects on FUJIFILM Site. This process includes raising Purchase Orders, drafting contracts and handling and obtaining approval of incoming invoices. You will working in close collaboration with Project Managers from the Department assisting in communication and contract negotiations with suppliers and contract compliance.
Additionally, you will be responsible of the cost controlling of a portfolio of projects, including regular meetings with Project Managers, review of project status, trending and follow-up on costs and forecast. You will assist with creating accruals for month-end closing and other ad hoc tasks and analysis.
We are looking for an outgoing person, as you will be in close contact with many different people and stakeholders. You will not only consult with your colleagues from your own team but also other departments on site.
Qualifications and Education
- BSc or HK within Finance or Supply Chain or other relevant education
- 2-3 years of experience preferably with a global company
- A natural interest for procurement
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability to interact and build trust across the organization
- A structured mind-set and an ability to carry out several tasks at once
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in English and Danish, both verbal and written
- Accounting experience is a plus
