A new role within Enterprise Business Planning is being established to implement and maintain global processes for the commercial, program design and program management organizations. These harmonized processes will provide significant benefit to both our internal and external customers and support our continued growth and increasing demands.

The focus of the Manager, Enterprise Business Planning will be to collaborate with the global commercial, program design and program management teams and author and maintain a best practice database for existing best practices and identification of new best practices as needed. The Manager, EBP will monitor and measure adherence to the best practices and provide individual and / or group training when deemed necessary to ensure there is an understanding and adherence to best practices.
The role will also be responsible for implementing the Stage Gate process across each of the 4 sites to ensure a harmonized and consistent process is in place across FDB for onboarding and progressing customer programs.
In collaboration with SMEs, the Manager, EBP will maintain the Sales Manual which will include development and establishment of trainings for each of FDB’s service offerings to provide the Commercial, Program Design and Program Management teams the tools they need to adequately speak to FDB’s offerings including what differentiates FDB from its competitors when speaking with customers.
The Manager, EBP will support the Global S&OP process to include, but not limited to collaborating with the VP, EBP and the Commercial and Program Leadership team to establish and trend KPIs for our processes including, but not limited to, proposals issued per month by service offering, win rate by service offering, contract signature adherence and milestone adherence.
The Manager, EBP will support implementation of a customer service training program across FDB that will provide employees with the tools they need to demonstrate the FDB core values as well as address any opportunities for improvement identified from customer feedback.

- Essential experience: Educated to degree level or equivalent with 8 years of industry experience and ideally 2 years + working within FDB
- Proven track record of excellent Stakeholder Management
- Familiarity with the FDB global organization
- Proven ability to develop and manage processes with an “eye for detail”
- Proven presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain effective and credible relationships with key stakeholders and across all areas of the business.
