The HR Generalist will provide support to Human Resources in the development and implementation of key human resources strategies and processes to support overall business objectives.



Main areas of responsibility include:


  • SME for ATS System
  • Requisitions
  • Advertising & Screening
  • Plan & attend recruitment functions
  • Scheduling & Interviewing
  • Background checks
  • Administer applicant tracking system and maintain recruitment logs
  • Facilitating final selections
  • Creating & Extending Offers

New Hire orientation

  • Scheduling
  • Oral Presentation
  • Administrative

Performance Management System

  • Facilitate all stages of annual performance management system
  • Schedule and participate in calibration


  • Updates
  • Provide contact/information and guidance as appropriate
  • Partner with HLUS and help facilitate Annual Enrollment


  • Manage salary information
  • Coordinate annual merit
  • Process offers for new hires 

Personnel Records & HR Database

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records
  • Update employee information as needed
  • Maintain HRIS system
  • EEO/AAP reporting
  • Responsible for organizational updates
  • Responsible for maintaining headcount report

Employee Activities & Relations

  • Events
  • Recognition System
  • Support Employee Engagement Team activities



  • BS/BA and 6+ years of Human Resources experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting a team-based organization
  • Thorough understanding of all benefit programs, ATS system, HRIS system and Performance Management system.

FDBU works with technical data, technology and materials that are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations. This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 – 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 – 774, as may be amended.
