As we continue on a period of significant growth we have an opportunity for a Operations Planner to join the Company.
This role is to plan and deliver day to day production and support activities to ensure that plans are in place far enough in advance to support business goals. The scheduler is a key part of any planning team, vital to ensuring business milestones are met. The role encapsulates the link between business planning, manufacturing and other functions. The job holder must be able to work effectively in a multi-functional environment, understanding wider business implications and prioritise activities appropriately. They are also expected to work independently to create production plans and to solve a range of scheduling issues, making timely and informed decisions.
The job holder is expected to maintain and enhance current planning systems whilst utilising their knowledge and experience to discover opportunities for improvement and to drive change.
